Important: Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms below.

1. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Pre-Shipment Changes:
    Email support@virudhaka.com with your order number and request before shipment (before tracking number is issued).
  • No Changes After Shipment:
    Once tracking is generated, orders enter transit and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Personalized Orders:
    - Custom items enter production immediately after payment
    - Verify all details before checkout
    - Peak season modifications may delay delivery

2. Replacements or Refunds

Made-to-order items qualify only for major defects

Eligibility & Deadlines

  • Requests within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Valid Reasons:
    • Severe transit damage
    • Blurred/incorrect printing
    • Wrong design/size shipped

Late Delivery Compensation

For deliveries exceeding 30 days due to Virudhaka/carrier fault:

  • Verified cases receive 10% refund of order value
  • Does not affect quality-issue claims
  • Submit carrier tracking screenshot as proof

Personalized Items

  • Not covered: Low-resolution images or spelling errors in custom text
  • Normal variation: ≤20% color difference from product images

Claim Process

Email support@virudhaka.com with:

  1. Order number & delivery address
  2. Photo/video evidence:
    • Defects: Close-up photos
    • Sizing issues: Photos with measuring tool
    • Late delivery: Tracking screenshot

Refund Rules

  • Quality-related returns shipped to our overseas center
  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays shipping
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days after approval
  • No refunds for:
    • Customer-caused damage
    • Claims >30 days post-delivery
    • Unauthorized returns

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customer-provided errors:
    • Virudhaka bears no responsibility
    • Returned items are typically destroyed
  • Re-shipments require additional customer-paid fees
